Michael A. A. Bartley was born and raised in east Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies. From a young age, he accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.  His zeal for the Kingdom of God propelled him to full participation in the local church as Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader, Men’s Ministry Director, and High School Bible Club President. He is a past Regional President of the Inter-School Christian Fellowship(ISCF) and the recipient of Kingston College’s (High School) Christian Citizenship Award.

Michael has preached the gospel in Jamaica, United States of America, Canada, Nigeria, Austria, Germany,the former CzechoSlavakia, and Hungary.

Since 1986, Michael has worked professionally in the local church as Youth Pastor, Children’s Church Director, Elementary School Administrator, Associate Pastor / Executive Elder for Audio-Visual/Online Ministries. Currently, Michael is an ordained Elder and Senior Pastor of Apostolic Bible Church International.  He continues to serve the Bethel United Churches of Jesus Christ (Apostolic) in Jamaica and the United States.  In the local region, Michael preaches and teaches in several apostolic and non-denominational churches in the State of Florida. He helps plant and support apostolic ministries as preaching / teaching minister, operational advisor / trainer, technology facilitator, pastoral confidant, and conference / convention keynote speaker.

Michael Bartley is a graduate of Palm Beach Community College, Keiser University, and the University of Phoenix - B.Sc and M.Sc in Management Information Systems.
He is a Notary Public for the State of Florida.

Michael believes in the full-bible, full-gospel application of God’s Word.

Michael resides in West Palm Beach, Florida with spouse-Patricia, four children – Shakira, Tabitha, Benjamin and Michael Calvin, and one granddaughter - Amarah.
